Apply for Study Permit with letter from one school but attend the other?

Hi guys,

I have been issued a study permit recently. On this study permit, the institution is: OTHER UNIVERSITY ONT.

However, now I want to attend a different University which is in Montreal. Do I need to re-apply for a new study permit?
Or I only need to apply for CAQ and go directly to the University in Montreal?
