Is it possible to apply for a study permit from outside Canada, if i have an unused (but still valid) Tourist visa (for Canada) ?
Also, will I face any issues regarding the same ?
You still need to qualify for study permit whether you have a visitor visa or not so is not really relevant whether you have used it or not. You should ensure you answer yes to any question that asks if you have either applied for, obtained or been refused any visas in the past.
