Need urgent help in applying for my student visa. I'm currently residing in the Philippines and applied for my CAQ from Quebec from here. I did my high school also from Philippines. Now my dad is being transferred to India. So wanted to know that can I apply for my student visa from India even though I got my CAQ in the Philippines or do I need to apply again from India for my CAQ .
