No, you can't. You said in your very first post that you arrived in December 2013. You therefore cannot possibly qualify as common-law yet with someone in Canada. Even if you could, CIC would take a very careful look at the application, as possible fraud.

Once you have had a claim denied, CIC will be skeptical of any application you file.

Anyways, it seems that you have not been here long enough to qualify for common-law
