Can we apply for express Entry immediately after study finished? Or it is mandatory to get one year full time experience?
And as 1500 work hours mandatory to increase point, does it count out part time hours as well?

For EE-FSW, you need 67+ eligibility points based on age, education, IELTS and work experience to submit a profile. It is on the EE-FSW site.
