I'd like to open a topic for those whose profession, financial status and geographical mobility allows to apply for PR / Working visa directly in Canada. This option concern citizens of countries who can reach Canadian soil without visa.
The processing time outside of Canada variate btw 3 and 8 months, direct application could be a good workaround for bureaucratic tardiness.
Even if the processing time would be the same in Canada, professional with sufficient funds can take care of job seeking and interviews that can't be done out of Canada.
