Apply for PR as a Single or Married under Canadian experience class

Hello

what is the best option to Apply for PR, as a single or married? I am in Canada and spouse in Back home. Do she need to give IELTS or not ?

My Qualification :

B.E in Back Home
2 year Diplo in canada
1 year NOC B experience.

Options? You are either single, or married. Telling the truth is your only option.

Since you are married, you need to say you are married. Your spouse can be accompanying, or non-accompanying (the latter means she cannot come to Canada with you, unless you successfully sponsor her later).

It is not mandatory that she takes the IELTS (eligibility), but you will lose more points if she does not (CRS score).

I am not married yet but planning to do. That is why need to know before.

In which is good option, accompanying her or not. I just want to know is there any effect on my file if i will do marry before PR.
