Apply for FSW while being an F1 international student in the US .. Any issues ?

Hi guys .. I'm wondering if it would be possible to apply for Canadian FSW while being on F1 Visa in the US ? Would there be any problems with this plan ?

I also would like to know if I can expect a quicker turn around time if I apply as an F-1 student in the US, than if I apply from my own country (Pakistan) ..

Sure - you can apply from the US.
