Apply for Express Entry FSWP during IEC

Hi I have a question. Is it possible to apply for EE while already living and working in Canada while partaking in IEC? I’d like to go there, see what it’s like and then apply to work there from within Canada rather than return home to apply.

I would be eligible as I have a masters and 4 years work experience!
