Is there any possibilites if i submit my paper for FSWP program 2013 under computer engineer which recent cap limit value is 210. I wish to submit my copy at 19-sep-2013...please please help me and answer my question.

I hate to disappoint you but applying now would be waste of time, money and emotions. Either apply for Australia of wait for Canada's FSWP 2014.
