Apply for CEC but forgot to do tax return last year

Hi,

I have a friend who needs to apply for CEC recently, but he forgot to do his tax return last year so he does not have the NOA.
What should he do under this circumstance? he needs to submit his application as soon as possible.
Is NOA mandotory in applying CEC? Is there any other way that he can get his NOA quickly or is there any other documentation that can replace NOA?

Your friend just remembered he forgot to do his tax returns before May 2014?

I don't think there is any way to get NoA quickly. CRA will take their time.

No way to expedite NOA.

Apply with T4 and paystubs among other documentation. Also file taxes as soon as possible. Submit NOA when you get it.

Currently, I am working and I don't have T4 for my current job. I am going to submit T4 & NOA from previous job.
What I can send for my current job instead of T4 ?

I don't think the NOA is mandatory. You can apply with paystubs, reference letters and contracts.
