Apply for a visa online for someone outside Canada

Hello,

I am in Canada and I would like to apply for a visa for someone who is outside Canada? Is that possible? and in order to apply online I need to create an account. The account can be under my name?or someone outside Canada has to create an account to apply for the visa? and can I attach the invitation letter when applying for someone online?

You can create an account for them. There is a form which authorizes you as their representative.

Yes, since you have all access to their account.

I'm not quite sure which specific form. When you answer the eligibility questions, all forms needed to be filled up will reflect.
