Apply for 2 application with different NOC

Hi,

I already applied for FSW2014 under 2173 NOC and received my file number. As I have the residency of Malaysia, I have chosen Singapore visa office, but it seems very slow in processing. Because of my Iranian nationality, I have also the other option to choose Ankara as my visa office.

I would like to know it is legal to apply the new application for Ankara visa office under different NOC, 2172 that is related to my work experience as well? Does this new application influence on my previous application?
