Hi all,
I have been living in Quebec for almost over 3 years. My CSQ regular application is still under processing taking too longer than the specified time for some valid reasons.

Now I am planning to apply for CEC. I did a diploma of 1 year in Quebec. Am I still eligible? I read a few blog told at least 2 years diploma program required. Please advise me how can I submit my application? I will definitely choose other province but how would l prove my address when I will submit my documents.

A prompt answer will be much appreciated!

You need to spend more time researching the requirements for CEC. There is no requirement to have completed education in Canada. CEC is for people with at least one year of full time skilled work experience in Canada.
