Apply as NOC 1241 (admin asssistant) vs 1121 (HR professional)

I got relevant experience both in NOC 1241 as admin assistant & 1121 as HR professional. My score is 449. Which NOC should i apply through? Stuck now on this for more than a week as its the most critical decision.

Any advice or recommendation would be highly appreciated

For Express Entry, it doesn’t matter which NOC you choose as it is based on your CRS score. For PNPs, you need to research what provinces you are eligible for based on your NOC and CRS score.
