Applied without paying tuition fee

My school didn't ask me to pay for my tuition rather they issued me LOA. Even it is written in LOA that to register for a program, The student needs to get study permit first.

Please tell me if it will be a negative effect on my application.

You should have deposited minimum one semester fee in order to make your case stronger. Visa officer may raise question on your financial conditions.

As now you have already applied then I would say best of luck. I pray you get your Visa soon ..

There is no such rule for general application at least, it is fine as long as everything is in order.

I too have applied without paying the yearly/semester fee to the Uni...I thought i could pay the fee after i get there....I hope this wont be any issue for the visa //....

cases of approval are always slim on such bases.. nothing is impossible but it would have been best if you'd paid at least a deposit
