applied under spp on 27th june but no update,plz help me

i had applied visa under spp category on 27th from hyd vfs and till day it shows that my application is under processing

My profile:10th-76%
12th-76%
bachelor of physiotherapy-60%(6 backlogs and all finished in time)

applied to medicine hat college for diploma in massage therapy
paid full fees of 9220 cad dollars
took gic also,attached sop even
I heard that spp visas will be issued fastly but in my case i dont know what is happening please help me and plz give u r advices

bro i applied on 05/06/2013 lol mine is also under process,they are on strike,so cill

if they are on strike then how come some people are getting visas so fast?
