Applied through online portal but got returned. What should I do?

I'm processing my PR by MPNP(Manitoba Provincial Nominee Program) and applied through an online portal.

However, it got returned because I opened the portal with the representative's email, but I still got the file number.

I resubmitted today online, using my email, and wonder if I have to just wait or if IRCC will process it under the same file number.

It took more than one year to only get the file number so I'm worried that I have to redo this whole process again.

Should I contact IRCC to explain my situation? Is anyone here in the same boat? I need help...

Alot of people got the same issue , however I don't know ow really what the process after but I guess u did the right thing submitting it again, meanwhile call IRCC to see what they will tell u.

I don't think it will be the same file number issued before, it will be a new application number.
Did they refund the fees or not? Or u had to pay again?

Thanks for the response.

They refund the fees, haven't got AOR but UCI & file number were indicated on the return email.

I emailed IRCC but no response yet. I'm planning to call them maybe on Monday.
