This is the email I got yesterday. Can someone explain what is in subsection 200(1) and also what do I need am planing to reapply.

Thank you for your interest in working in Canada. After careful review of your work permit
application and supporting documentation under the Temporary Foreign Worker Program, I have
determined that your application does not meet the requirements of the Immigration and Refugee
Protection Act (IRPA) and Immigration and Refugee Protection Regulations (IRPR). I am refusing
your application on the following grounds:
• I am not satisfied that you will leave Canada at the end of your stay, as stipulated in
subsection 200(1) of the IRPR, based on the purpose of your visit.
• I am not satisfied that your employer in Canada has demonstrated sufficient ability to
meet the financial obligations for hiring a full-time caregiver.
You are welcome to reapply if you feel that you can respond to these concerns and can
demonstrate that your situation meets the requirements. All new applications must be
accompanied by a new processing fee.

For the first refusal reason, it sounds like you did not provide sufficient proof of ties to your home country to demonstrate that you are only coming to Canada temporarily.

For the second item, your employer did not provide evidence that they have enough income to pay your salary and living expenses.

Before you reapply, you should order your GCMS notes to see the detailed reasons behind these refusals.

I submitted documents base on the checklist and they did not evern requested for any additional. Am planing to repply and include my solo parent ID issued by DSWD and PWD ID of my child who have Chronic Illness plus a cover letter. Do you think Ot would help?

Depending on the cost of treatment of your child's chronic illness you may never qualify for PR. Are you aware of this?

This doesn't seem to be relevant to your rejection reason.
Does the caregiver program require a LMIA and was this obtained/included in your application? If you post the list of docs you submitted someone should be able to assist you better.

The employer should have provided the appropriate documentation to prove they could afford a caregiver. How did you find your employer? I=Do you know the or are they family?

Most people who come to Canada on a work permit especially, in the Caregiver program, do so that they can eventually secure PR and bring their family to Canada. Just warning you that your daughter's lupus could prevent that plan.
