Hello I have applied for a visitor visa, the treatment time on the web is far passed by 3 weeks, now the plane ticket I purchased and holidays from my work is almost over, do I still have a chance even for one week in Canada, I ve already bought my flying ticket it was a requirement to apply for a visa...

Unfortunately I think it's really impossible for any of us to say. The processing times on the CIC web site are estimates only and actual processing can take several months. You'll just have to wait and see.

To add to what Scylla has stated....

It is not necessary to submit confirmed flight tickets with a TRV application.... it is advisable to book tickets only after a visa is issued.

As processing has exceeded normal timelines stated on the CIC website, you can now send a Case Specific Enquiry to the visa office where you have applied from.... however, please note that visa processing will not be expedited even if your tickets are confirmed/flights are due shortly. There have been cases of applicants who had to re-book their tickets/cancel their visits.

If your tickets allow for a change in date then you may want to reschedule/re-book your flights to a later date
