Hi,
I applied as a group for me and my mother for a visitor visa, to visit my sister who moved a year ago with her husband and kids to canada.
I had an invitation letter from my sister's husband and I submitted all documents that proofs the relationship between us and my mother.
Also, I submitted all proofs that my mother has a job and that I will cover all her expenses as well.
I got my visa within 3 months because I work and live on a European country,
But, my mother visa got a rejection after almost 7 months of processing, and the reason is
PG-1 criteria not met. Please refer to https://www.canada.ca/en/immigration-refugees-citizenship/services/visit-canada/ parent-grandparent-super-visa/eligibility.html for requirements.
How come I got a refusal on a super stay visa however I applied for a visitor visa for both me and my mother???
What should I do in this case?
