Applied for TRV & Inquiry Regarding Passport Status and Return

I have submitted my passport to CPC-Ottawa, CTD-Ottawa, PO Box 8780, Ottawa, ON K1G 5A9. The passport request was received on December 13, 2023, and the passport was sent for stamping on December 14, 2023, with the tracking number "PG6872938760A." However, the return tracking number indicates "DIDN'T FIND" with the code "PG683594805CA." It has been more than 25 days since then, and my flight is scheduled in 2 weeks. I am eager to know the status and would appreciate an update on the current situation.

When i called IRCC they have sent on Jan 2nd but tracking says couldnt find so asks to talk to canada post and
canada post ask to talk to IRCC and passport canada because the number is not active
and noone is responding properly, im worried if i lost my passport in getting TRV
