Hi everyone,
I am an international student currently on a study permit who just completed their undergraduate program. I applied for my Masters and got accepted into a program so naturally I applied to have my study permit extended. In my application, I included a brief letter of explanation. This was for two reasons, one was to explain my reasoning behind wanting to extend my study permit and to also explain why I didn't work for the past 10 years (because that was one of the questions in the application form).
In the letter however, I mentioned hoping to continue my studies later on to a PhD and then work in Canada. Would this be flagged as an issue and could my application be rejected based on that?
I would appreciate any help! Thank you
