Applied for Student Visa on 5 june under spp but now rules changed will it affect my file

My file is under process from 5 June in Delhi Canada embassy in app category .
After few days rules changed .
The only concern I have is that I have a one year program and I paid 1 sem fee but in sds they required full year fees paid ..
But my file is under process so I can't do anything now ...??

Na If you have already applied you do not have to worry.
Sds is for those who will apply next.

you won't be affected if you submitted before the deadly date, as your application will be processed based on the old SPP rules and the new SDS rules is only applicable to those who submitted after the after the commencement date of SDS
