Applied for post secondary diploma instead of post graduation course

Hello, last year i applied through a consultant for student visa and i got it for this September's intake for which I've also registered from the college after arriving here. However the course seems to be of a post secondary level but I wanted a PG course instead. Is there any way I can change the course if not the college now,since I'm already a graduate from India ?
