Applied for Passport ReIssue

Hello Friends,

I have sent my application for PR for Canada under FSW this December. Now, today I had to apply for my passport re-issue to get my spouse name updated in my passport & I think with this my old passport (sent in PR application) would get cancelled.

So could you please suggest any way I could update the authorities ? I don't want this to get my PR application getting cancelled.

I dont think your pr application will be cancelled. At the time of pcc request send them a explanation letter with photocopy of new passport.
