Applied for open work permit outside Canada and last week I moved into Canada

My spouse is under temporary resident work permit, I applied for open work permit while at home country and I flow last week into Canada under visit visa before I got response and not sure what to do now if I should submit new application of amend the existing application.
- Also can I still approach Flagpole after quarantine is completed or locked till unknow date ?

You applied for open work permit first while waiting for approval you also applied for visit visa and got approved right? so now i am going to ask you questions do you have a job offer before applying to open work permit?? I have my visit visa since 2018 and i just used it to travel to Canada last week before getting a response of my recent application of open work permit summited two months back
 
As a visitor now you can apply for work permit inside Canada if you meet the following: valid status , job offer , application from your employer LMIA or LMIA exempt job offer submitted no later than March 31, 2021 read on IRCC for more clarification. And now you have taken a good step towards your relocation but do not work on a visitor visa. i want to ask you have a Job offer? So we will see next thing because i want know more before we can see the ways. IG: real_baluche for quick response
 
May I apply my wife open work permit if I have close work permit. But my employer not giving me the job so without only showing boance is it possible and currently I am in india cause she is pregnant

Sorry for that but I have all the required documents like LMIA latter work permit and a valid job offer

Based on the information you provide YES you can apply for open work permit for her but you have to follow procedures like showing married certificate enough money for one year

Based on his last thread he said he has valid job offer and LMIA also work permit but he now in India he's wife is pregnant and he wants to apply open work permit for her. I am sorry for my last reply we are all trying to learn new things
