Applied for OINP & Received Federal ITA- Misrepresentation or not?

I had applied for OINP on 29th of March ( the case status is still submitted). However, I have also received Federal ITA in 12th April draw.
Please advise me whether accepting Federal ITA now, will be misrepresentation.
Is there any such clause according to which one can't apply for both ( Provincial & Federal) side by side.
Do I need to withdraw my provincial profile.
Please help.

You're not the first person to be in this position. It's happened to hundreds of other people.

It's not misrepresentation.

Accept the ITA and withdraw your OINP application so OINP officers don't waste their time.

hahaha i'm in the same place as u. Just wasted 1500...it's ok

btw, i did not notify OINP, just let them figure it out

Thank you all for replies. It is just that someone told me that applying both for OINP and Federal is a misrepresentation and can lead to 5 years ban.
