Applied for jan . Got visa approval on 27 January. Now deferred to September. How soon i can fly to

Hi everyone
I applied for January 2019 on 9th November 2018. Process took long time and i got approval on 27th January but now got deferred to September intake.. how soon i can fly to Canada
