Applied for citizenship in June 2020, no AOR yet

I have applied for citizenship in June 2020 and my application reached out to CIC on December 6th.. Still I haven't received AOR or any email- tried contacting them twice but no positive answers... Can anyone please suggest what should I do ?

You need to contact them, via phone or web form. Do you know your unique client id (UCI)? If you know that and they provide you with your file number, you can register for an account to see the status of your application.

You can also contact your local MP who can look into it on your behalf.
