Applied for CEC, Currently on BOWP, How to bring Spouse to Canada

Guys,

Can any one please answer my below concern

My Current Status - Applied for CEC in July 2014, received AOR in September 2014, waiting for Medicals. Currently on BOWP which will expire Nov 9 2015.

I am planning to get married this April 2015, How can i bring my wife to Canada? can i first apply work permit for her? and then bring her to Canada and join her file to my CEC application? Can anyone please let me know the best way to get her to Canada?

If i apply work-permit for her how long does it take?

If you have a skilled Occupation A, B, 0 she can come on visitor vita until ur permit expires,
