Applied for 2 banking positions in Canada

I am in India and do not have any PR or Canada work permit. I have applied for 2 different positions in one of the financial firm in Canada. I don't have PR or any work permit yet. What is the way I can atleast get the interview call . Or is there any site where I can apply for different positions in Canada and get the work permit. Or is there any way to get the work permit. Pl

It is almost impossible to secure a job offer from outside Canada given employers are not willing to sponsor an LMIA application given the cost to them both in fees and advertsing when there are plenty of applicants resident in Canada especially in the financial sector.
