Applied as common law partner but getting married

Hello Everyone, just a quick question.

My common-law partner and I (Canadian citizen) have applied for her PR as common-law and have sent it off to be processed. We have decided to get married! What should I do with the application? Will getting married muck our application up as we stated we are applying as common-law partners?

It will not cause any problems, but you must notify them (and probably send a copy of your marriage certificate) after your civil status changes (i.e. after getting married).
