Hello Everyone,
I had applied again after my rejection on March 2011 and my file was accepted on April 26th 2011. I had attached all the missing documents which the visa officer stated in my rejection letter.
And i really want thank all of em who gave their valuable suggestions which helped me to come out of that hard situation........Thanks again to all who were sooooo generous in my last thread ........

But till now i havent recieved any other information, my AEO is still valid, i got married in jan 2011 and added my wife documents along with my file. She lives in toronto and she is now on a work permit that she got after one year master degree.
Now i have some questions in my mind...
1) Can i get a work permit as my wife extended her workpermit on a fresh LMO and got 2 year work permit. As i had read on cic that a spouse can accompany in canada on a open work permit. What you say can i get open work permit, the processing time is one month for this case.
2) Is there be any effect on my PR file, if i apply for a work permit. My wife had contacted a lawyer in toronto, he is one of the best lawyers in toronto, he said that there wont be any problem with your FSW file as both the cases are different, right now this case is for your reunion and no government can force you to live apart. He is going to charge 1500 dollars. SO what should i do ?
3) According to the lawyer, if we apply within a week i can move to canada at end of december 2011 on a open work permit, and in the mean time when i m here in canada, if i get my medical call for FSW case then i have to go back to india and give the medicals wait for passport request and and get the PR visa stamped and come back to canada.....now i m really confused about the cases .........can both the cases run perfectly at the same time.
Please friends help me out of this and give me ur suggestions.....
Thanks once again for your kind help.
