Applied after 7th December PLEASE COMMENT ON IT

I have applied on 8/Dec/2014 and got refusal on 10/Dec/2014.

Is anybody there with same condition?

I have applied on 10 Dec hopping good ! In which VFS did you apply ...

I have applied online
My consultant said after 7 dec VFS does not accept applications

No idea ! but when i was there on VFS 10 DEC to apply, i ask to the officer about last date ... he told me there is no rules for applying now before it was on DEC 1 last date but it still deepens on educational institute what the last time they can accept the students from outside of Canada ..
