Hey Folks,

I ve sent my application in June. Here are the particulars.

Application sent on 5th June.
Reached NS on 12th June

Still waiting for a reply.

A quick question to all seniors here.. Do we need to give the IELTS before I send the application or is it enough if I give proof of my education and give my IELTS once I get my AOR.

Please advice.

you need to give IELTS before sending the final application to local visa office. though, it is recommended to give it before hand so that you know how many points you will get.

Ok. I dont quite understand that one aanbaan. I sent mine to NS this month. I havent given my IELTS yet thoughh I ve sent them the application with summary of all my years of education being in english.

Will they reject my case coz I havent given my IELTS or will they give me time and give me an AOR and ask me to submit my score when I send the second set of documents to Delhi?

i dont think they'll reject...

actually i did the same.. i had not given IELTS initially and wrote an explanation of having education and work-ex in English and the fact that i've lived in Canada and know English well...

i had mentioned in the end that i am willing to give ielts in case CHC, ND asks for it.

they did not reject.

but, while sendign the final application and going through this forum, i decided to give IELTS anyway, to be safe

I ve been reading this forum and see that usually there is a email response for an AOR.


Can you post the Name and ID of the org which sends the email response. I dont wanna be in a case where I junk delete the spam in my inbox without even opening it.

Meena=> I applied under 0213. I am an Manager-Operations in IT- 8 yrs of exp with M.Sc Degree.

I have one more question to seniors here.

I have done my PG full time. My classes were in the morning and I worked full time from afternoon till late night. Is it alright to claim full points under this section.

My course was full time . I worked for the entirety of the period of my PG degree. I have all the appointment letters and promotion letters during that time. Can I claim full points for study and work at the same time?
