Hello,
My husband and I have applied for Permanent residency in Canada under the Skilled Worker Category. We reside in the United Kingdom, He is American and I am from Spain. We got our AOR on 18SEP2007 and obviously we are still waiting to be contacted. My husband is the principal applicant and he is doing it under 0611 category, which is in the old work skills, but not in the new 38. I know that our application will be processed as per the old system, but still worried that they are now stricter. If under the NOC 0611 category appears my husband's title 'Account Manager - Sales', does that mean that he is eligible? We both get about 72 points because we both have education to Master's level, he speaks English, and I speak English and decent French.
Thank you for your views.
