the documentation states that the checklist should be the cover page. However in the guide, it also states that the barcode page should be placed on top. Does anyone have any clarification. Should it be the barcode and then the checklist followed by the general form?

I would also like to know if I can list two occupations as my intended occupation as I currently perform two occupations in my home country.
