AOR Received.
waiting..
Hi guys. is it possible to withdraw my application for PR and go to outland instead of inland application? I sent my application and I did not get any AOR yet.

Yes, I believe so, though it might take a while to get your money back. I did the same thing. They never returned our application though, just sent a cheque minus the $75 fee.

oh so you repeat everything from the start? and how did you withdraw the application?

You can use the same receipt, since the fee is exactly the same.

Since you just recently applied, they won't even charge you for the sponsor assessment for the Inland application...because they wouldn't even get to that part for 18 months.

can you help me how I will withdraw that? should I email them?

How do you withdraw without getting the money back? How I did it was I sent a signed letter requesting withdrawl. I guess you can also request they not refund the money, but I'd wait to make sure they don't.

oh so how can they cancel my app if I don't have AOR yet or file number?

When I did it they told me they needed an original signature (so no emails). We sent a formal letter requesting the withdrawal with all his information (he had a UCI number from his visitor record). Though it was only 3 months into an inland app, they docked us the $75 fee.

Do you have a UCI number from an old visa, VR or permit? If not just put all your information, including the date the application arrived.

I have no idea. Request them to return those items or the whole app (provide a stamped return envelope) and request that they not refund the money as you are using that to apply outland (that's a good idea, I honestly never thought of that when I did it). It should be ok. Then when you get your documents back you'll have evidence that the withdrawal was processed.

I hope they gonna send back my application as soon as possible. I think its valid to send the Option C on the later part right? thats the only thing I am worried about.

I phoned CIC and the agent told me that if I will go change my application to out land the Visa officer will investigate as to why I change my application type so my application might delayed. so he advised me to stick to inland application instead of having out land application :( and another thing my application will not be returned anymore.
