I need help and support from all of you guys. I was married in 2011 with my girl friend(Love marriage)she is Canadian citizen and living in Toronto. after that we enjoyed alot and she gone back to canada and applied for my Spouse sponsorship visa in December 2011 and God blessed us with first baby in 2012 and I was applied for visit during her pregnancy that was refused due to no travel history and then I got job in Dubai and moved there in jan 2012 and stated work here in Dubai and after few months when i haven't got visa we started fights and then one day shhe in angry mood she cancelled my My permanent resident application and then after she felt that she did mistake and she came back to Dubai 6 months ago and we started new life and i was enjoying with my family with my 3 years old Son. Then everyone knows Dubai is very expensive and here very difficult to live with your family and support your family so we discuss and she planned to go back and re apply for my Permanent residency and then she went back but last she got sick and we went to hospital we did some test and find out she is pregnant.So now she went back to canada with 4months pregnancy but I got email last month that she dont want to live with me and she is applying for Divorce and after that i got one email and call from one of Islamic lawyer that she is decided to not live with u and she wants divorce but i was really shocked
but I said ok if she even reached to lawyer then no problem as she like but the now Issue is she has my two babies one is almost 4 years old and second one will born in January 2016. so please help me I cant live without my kids and I can do now? I only want my kids or I want to live closer to them but i know its not possible to go canada and even I will apply for study visa maybe it will refused due to Family ties in canada please i need advise help in this regards thats why i shared my personal life with all of you guys.
