Application was in Progress, now it cannot be identified.

Hi guys,

My fiancé had a PR application in progress, received a medical check, sent the medical check, they received it... then a couple days later the system could not identify her application. It just vanished from the system and she hasn't been able to log in since. It's been 2 weeks.

She sent e-mails to tech support and to CIC, but hasn't heard anything back as of yet.

Any idea what this means?

Hi,
There was prob. few weeks back and lot of Forum friend were unable to log in, by now all is working fine.
