my application was cancelled for being incomplete. you have to make a new EE profile. use the UCI and previous express entry profile no. to link up to the new one. additionally, you may also submit a CSE (case specific enquiry) to try and reopen this application. however, the fact that they haven't given a reason seems strange. have you checked the letter properly?
