Hello everyone,
Here is my timeline:
- Sent initial application to CIO on September 16, 2009.
- Received email from CIO on November 19, 2009, requesting me to submit full application to Buffalo.
- Sent full application to Buffalo in March, 2010. Canada post tracking said they received it on March 8, 2010.
Today I check ECAS and my status is like this:
"We received your application for permanent residence on September 16, 2009.
We reviewed your application and sent you a letter on November 19, 2009. Please consider delays in mail delivery before contacting us.
Your application and supporting documents were received by the Buffalo office. They are pending review.
We transferred your application to the Buffalo office on November 24, 2009. The Buffalo office may contact you. "
So does this mean they transferred my application to Buffalo office even before I sent it in??? This doesn't make sense and seems like a typo to me. Any of you got the same case?
Thanks and good luck everyone.
