Just want to ask what did you click question 1 if you are found ineligible to sponsor indicate whether you want: I'm really confuse if I choose withdraw I get refund I can't appeal,if I choose to retained they will get the refund but I can appeal? Is that right for my understanding? Please help

If sponsor is ineligible and you select to proceed with application anyways, then it will just be forwarded to visa office, they'll charge you the full fee for processing, and it will be a guaranteed refusal due to sponsor being ineligible.

So you should select NOT to continue with app. Then if sponsor is ineligible you can stop the app, get refunded the fees, work to correct the situation, and re-submit from scratch when they are eligible.

Proceeding with the app should only be selected when the sponsor expects to be rejected, and the whole intention is to appeal on H&C grounds.
