Hello! I wanna start this topic cause until now I am still confused. I want to know if it is possible to apply to different Provinces using different Programs (like MPNP or SINP and EE). Will there be any complications? Thank you for your answers.. :) :) :) :)

Each provincial program have different set of criteria for selection. You might want to start with the following:

http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/immigrate/provincial/
http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/immigrate/provincial/apply-who.asp

You would need to individually visit every provinces page to check their selection criteria.

Thanks for your response sir. Well understood. My question is, can I apply to all of them at the same time? Just to weigh my chances. Or it'll be illegal?

Yes. You are free to apply to different provinces at the same time.

Do try out the link before helpfully sharing with others. It has outdated information.

Some website say that it is illegal to have multiple applications; but some people that I met online say that it is okay to have multiple applications to different provinces through different programs. I am little confused really.. :-[ :-[ :-[

Though we have our priority province, some people think to still take their chances to other province. I hope someone with updated knowledge advise us about this..Thank you :) :) :)

Definitely not illegal - if by illegal you meant it flouts any laws or constitutional provisions. Do share the link where it says that this is an illegal action.

Perfectly fine to apply to more than 1 province's nomination program. The only restriction is that you must choose 1 nomination if more than 1 province nominates you simultaneously.

Okay well understood. So during my application, if there's some question like "Do you have previous application with other province?", should I answer YES or is it safe to answer no? Thank you :)
