Application to CIC- timing

I am going to write my IELTS on 6th march and expect to receive resuls by 19th march. Can I send my initial application to CIC befre my ielts exam. Or should I wait for results to come. I am having eligibility during point calculation and it comes around 74 points (calculated with full 16 pont for IELTS)


Can anyone help me find a way to try for a jobin Information Technology field, so I can lessen the burden of proof of funds.

1. Unless you want either a refusal or you application returned as incomplete, wait until you have IELTS results.
2. An AEO won't help you at this stage as you applied under FSW1 I assume rather than FSW 2.

u can make initial application without IELTS scores. But if they will accept your application and advice you to submit the documents at that time u need to submit the IELTS certi. I am not an expert but this is what my lawer told me in my case. I will be doing the same.
