My spouse is outside Canada. The application to be a sponsor is asking for signature of both me and my spouse. Do I really have pay to courier the letter back and forth for a signature from him, or will electronic version suffice (ie I sign it and scan it in and send to him he signs and scans it back in and sends back again via email?)

It's on the form Application to Sponsor at the bottom it has signature blocks for Sponsor's Signature, Co-Signer (if spouse is also co-signing to sponsor a child or Mother etc) and also Aignature of Sponsored person. If the sponsored person is in another country what do I do?? It costs over 100.00 CDN to courier even just a letter to India and the same back again!

I completed my forms (principal applicant) and I typed up my husband's Application to Sponsor form from a written copy he'd scanned and emailed to me. I printed it off, signed my part and then sent it off to him together with all of my completed Principal Applicant forms.
