Application to be sent on which address for the first time?

Dear all,

I am about to file my Canadian PR application under FSW scheme from India. I suppose, I need to submit it first at Nova Scotia Visa Office in Canada and later it will be sent to New Delhi Visa Office in India. Guys, I am writing just to cross check as I do not want to commit any mistakes.

I would appreciate you if you could extend your suggestions on my query.

Mail your application and fee to the Centralized Intake Office in Sydney, Nova Scotia (Canada)

Do not send your application to the visa office that serves your home country
