Application to 1 or more provinces

Hi Guys,
I really need a prompt response on this issue,Can i apply to more than one province for nomination? Is there any penalty if i do.

It is not forbidden.

Check out each program's application guide. They mention the reasons why you might be eligible. Ontario and Nova Scotia don't penalize you for it.
