Hi there, I submitted my application yesterday for PR under CEC. I have uploaded each and every document imaginable - but im still overthinking..lol, if theres anything that's missed. One thing I am thinking is I know we require 12 months of continuous employment, so they want to see in the job reference letter regarding vacation periods etc. now, thing is I haven't taken any vacation at all in the past 2 years so my employers haven't mentioned anything in the letter, although I get 2 weeks every year. So question is, I dont want them to deny anything because of this LOL and I have heard scary stories. so should I upload a LOE via webform giving this information? about not taking any vacation etc? In my offer letter it says what kind of vacation/benefits I get etc.

Or should I get another letter from my employer stating no vacation has been taken yet?

Your vacation period vests upon you as part of your employment and it gets covered in one line where employer says person is entitled to this salary and standard company benefits,

I am sure it’s know thing that no one works 52 weeks and take 2-3 weeks time off. So you are fine here

it does state that but only in offer letter. Not in reference letter. I think they are particular. Im asking my employers to send me an additional letter stating I haven't taken any vacay. you think its good ?

Yes you should be fine, These standard holidays are part of pay package. As I stated these benefits vest upon yo7 based on your past service so you should be fine
